  • All brand names (HΓ€fele, Elica, Glen, Bosch, Faber, Kaff, Hindware, Gilma, Siemens, etc.) are used for reference purposes only.

2. Service Scope

  • We provide repair, servicing, and maintenance for domestic kitchen appliances such as gas stoves, hobs, and cooktops.

  • Our technicians are trained by us and are not manufacturer-authorized representatives.

  • Spare parts used (if any) are either original (subject to availability) or compatible alternatives.

3. Service Booking

  • Service requests can be made via our website or our toll-free number 1800-103-2260.

  • Booking confirmation will be shared via call, SMS, or email.

  • Customers must provide accurate details (name, address, appliance details, and issue description).

4. Payments

  • Service charges, inspection fees, and part replacement costs will be communicated before work begins.

  • Payments must be made directly to Customers Care Helpline or authorized technicians after service completion.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a limited service warranty on repairs, usually covering labor or specific replaced parts (duration will be communicated at the time of service).

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing issues with the appliance.

    • Any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized servicing done by third parties after our visit.

    • Manufacturer warranty claims – customers must contact the respective brand for such coverage.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled visit.

  • Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur a nominal inspection fee.

7. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.

  • All content (text, images, and design) on this site is owned by Customers Care Helpline and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
